About Me
I am Abhay Singh Yadav, a dedicated social worker, public legal advisor, and a passionate law student and Co-Founder Bhavisya E Uttar Pradesh. With a strong commitment to social welfare and justice, I actively work for the betterment of society by spreading legal awareness, guiding people on their legal rights, and assisting individuals in understanding various legal procedures. My aim is to bridge the gap between law and the common people so that justice becomes accessible to everyone. As a youth leader and social activist, I have been involved in numerous community initiatives, awareness campaigns, and public welfare activities. I firmly believe that empowering people with knowledge and legal awareness is one of the most effective ways to create positive change in society. My areas of interest include: Social Service and Community Development Legal Awareness and Public Guidance Youth Leadership and Public Welfare Human Rights and Social Justice Community Engagement and Public Advocacy I aspire to become a successful legal professional who not only practices law but also contributes meaningfully to society by promoting justice, equality, and public welfare.

Academics
I completed my 10+2 (Intermediate) from SRK Public Boys Inter College with a PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) background. My studies in science helped me develop analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a disciplined approach to learning. After completing my higher secondary education, I chose to pursue a career in law and enrolled in the LL.B. (Hons.) program. I am currently a 3rd-year LL.B. (Hons.) student, dedicated to building a strong foundation in legal studies and developing the skills required to become an effective legal professional. Throughout my academic journey, I have actively engaged in legal research, academic discussions, moot court activities, seminars, and social initiatives that enhance both my legal knowledge and practical understanding of the law. My areas of interest include Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Human Rights, Legal Aid, and Social Justice. I believe that legal education is not only about understanding laws but also about using that knowledge to serve society, protect rights, and contribute to positive social change.

Proud to share that I secured a Top 5 position. This achievement reflects dedication, hard work, and the constant support of my mentors, family, and well-wishers. Grateful for this milestone and motivated to achieve even more ahead.
I had the privilege of participating in the Sarvodaya Yuva Sansad, where I raised my voice on important social and national issues and engaged in meaningful discussions with young leaders from across the country.
These experiences have further strengthened my passion for public service, leadership, and creating a positive impact in society.
Had the honor of serving as the 1st Speaker in a Moot Court Competition, where our team was recognized with the Best Drafting File Award for our legal research, drafting, and advocacy skills. These experiences have strengthened my passion for law, leadership, and social service, motivating me to continue working towards justice and positive change in society.
Successfully conducted and coordinated a Speech Competition at the college level, demonstrating strong leadership, event management, and communication skills while ensuring the smooth execution of the event and active participation of students.
